Case Study: VF OutdoorReturn To Main →

Company:
VF is an apparel and footwear powerhouse, with a diverse, international portfolio of brands and products that reach consumers wherever they choose to shop. With their expertise in both the art and science of apparel, they have built a sustainable base for continued long-term success.

The new offices in Alameda consist of four buildings totaling 160,000 square feet that overlook the San Francisco Bay, with access to running trails and public transportation, including ferry services to San Francisco within one mile of the new headquarters

Challenge:
This was a newly constructed campus in Alameda consisting of four separate buildings. Their requirements were for non-disruptive construction for four roof mounted systems and the installation of twelve carports in the employee parking areas. The total system size was 853.6kW DC.

Solution:
Our Project Management process was used to involve all network engineering and product suppliers to work directly with our seasoned team of electricians and construction managers to produce the proper documentation for permit approval.

Our weekly Stakeholder Meetings and cloud based Nightly Reports kept the customer updated for daily progress vs. schedule; and any issues that needed focus were addressed within 24 hours.
